Secpay

hi, i am building my online store.

i have installed the secpay and set up an account

when it comes to payments, i can enter my details on to the secpay page ( https://www.secpay.com/java-bin/ValCard) and click authorize.

 

I then get sent back to the payment infornation page on my shop with the message

 

Credit Card Error!

 

There has been an error processing your credit card. Please try again.

 

I receive an e-mail regarding an order from secpay saying i have recrived an order, but ont get a PAYMENT CONFIRMATION E-MAIL. in my secpay account details it says the order have being....

can anyone please please help me.

contact secpay, they'll give you some code to add to your merchant id

 

beware of the new form that will popup in transition from the template form to your own

May I ask how you corrected this error? Did you contact SEPay? I have the same error and am stuck on how to proceed.
