Edit Attributes: Selection Sort Order?

First off, let me say thanx for even reading this. Im a little lost and need some advice.

I have a live jewelry store, we have 600 items, all with many attributes. The biggest pain is the rings that we carry with sometimes 20 sizes each. Im looking into contribs to help speed up the New Product process. One tweak that would help me out greatly, is within the "edit attributes" page. All of my Options are listed on one page with the values or attributes listed below in the order that they were created (im assuming). During the process of creating a new product, finding in the checklist the correct sizes for each ring is a chore, since they are not in numerical order. Is there a contrib or edit that will sort them for me? They show up fine on the product page, its just while creating the item that its nuts.

Thnx again

Meh... Seems Im working off of a version of "New Attributes Manager"

I will be trying to update it to the latest version and adding the "sort by name" addition. I had not realised that this was a contrib that I had been using over the last year.

Im not sure that the "sort by name" contrib carries over into the Manager side of things or if it only applies to the product pages....

But if you have exp. with this contrib and its additional parts, feel free to give suggestions or thoughts

I suggest Product Attributes Sort Order v1.11, it adds a grid based table on the new product listing page with the ability to choose the order they are displayed in--it is very cool and easy to install, you can download it from the link I made above--5th one down from the top of the list on that page

"The answer is never the answer. What's really interesting is the mystery. If you seek the mystery instead of the answer, you'll always be seeking. I've never seen anybody really find the answer -- they think they have, so they stop thinking. But the job is to seek mystery, evoke mystery, plant a garden in which strange plants grow and mysteries bloom. The need for mystery is greater than the need for an answer.
