However, for the last week orders processed have been successful through Protx but haven't been recorded in the orders database although the customer details are recorded. Many thanks, Johanna Exactly the same issue here - after Saturday evening no orders have been logged in the database or emails sent - only way I know there's been a sale is that the ProTX email comes through. Anyone know why this might have happened? My store has been stable for almost a year now with no issues. Thanks, Dan
