I can add the discount in the admin panel, and a customer can use a coupon at checkout, but the discount isn't being calculated in the final price. Can someone help me figure out what is wrong? Thank you, ~Mark it could be possible that you may be entering the coupon wrong. for i.e. lets say the coupon is $10.00 off instead of 10.00 you need to put -10.00 in the coupon amount give that a try. The coupon in set up as a percent at stated in the docs such as 0.1500 (or 15%) The code is VIPDiscount try it here: www.drewcandle.com I know it is going in (admin panel) as I put the date out of range and I get an error stating the the code has expired. But it doesn't show me anything visually like "15% Discount" or "-$3.26" Is that why you want me to change the sort order?
