Can't Get Orders Past "Pending"

A new client already had oscommerce setup as their cart and verisign as the gateway. I've never used either but they say the've never been able to fully get it to work in that someone places an order and it registers as "pending." The money never gets forwarded to their bank account.

 

Is this an oscommerce change in settings that needs to be made or verisign?

goto your osc admin->Modules->Payment->The payment module in use, click edit on the right side and select the order status you want from the drop-down list. Default is "pending" so you could change it to processing for instance.

Looks like we have:

 

Enable LinkPoint Connect Module: False

Store Number: #####

Yourpay: true

tansaction mode: live

Transaction Method: Sale

Payment Zone: none

Set Order Status: Processing

 

So, looks like not using verisign but linkpoint for the gateway. But, looks like there's no default of "pending". Could there be another issue?

This

Enable LinkPoint Connect Module: False

Means the module is disabled so it does not show during checkout. Probably is another module you need to check.
