sdk Posted August 1, 2006 Posted August 1, 2006 Ok I have installed oscommerce (for the 2nd time, a language pack destroyed my os commerce:S) now I would like to edit the main page. The best thing for me would be to start from an empty store, however I cannot do this since as I install oscommerce without the example checkbox ticked the software wont install becouse of a missing databasename.config. So I guess I will just have to rebuild the example to fit what I need. Can I change the main page somewhere in the admin panel or do I manually need to edit the index.php file? If this is so is there a way so I won't have to do that becouse it would save a lot of time if I could just edit the text every day. Thanks in advance.
