Moving products through the Mysql database instead of manually through the oscommerce admin panel

Hi Guys,

 

I am a newbie developer to Oscommerce, i have setup a online store and i was just wondering is there a quicker way of moving products? As a current category i have has 80 or so products and doing it manually though the oscommerce admin panel is very slow and tedious as i can only select one at a time as i wait for page loading and clicking back to the main catergory, 80 products is VERY VERY SLOOOOOOW!!

 

 

what i want to do is move a whole category over to another category i created without loosing any of the products, there is no such function that can do this that i am aware of through the oscommerce admin panel.

 

Just wondering is there a way i can do it by manipulating the SQL database ??
