moving to new directory

Hi, I've just found out I need to move my osc site to the root directory instead of it's current location. Can anyone tell me the easiest way to do that? Is it as simple as copying everything from my www.greengumhome.com.au/store directory to the public_html directory? I've spent months working on this website only to find out I've put it in the wrong place  . Any help with advice on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated!

You can copy the entire site and move it but then you will have to edit the catalog/includes/configure.php and catalog/admin/includes/configure.php files to show the correct path to the new directory. If you are not sure exactly what the path will be you could install a new store there, copy the two files previously mentioned, delete the new store, move yours, then use the copies to find the correct paths.

The last way is a bit tedious but will ensure the path is correct.
