I have just switched hosts and my new host is giving me a choice to install one of the three PHP versions Mod Php 4.4.2 Mod Php 5.0.5 Mod Php 5.1.2 My previouse host had version 4.4.1 installed and the site ran fine. Voland Posted August 1, 2006 Author Share Posted August 1, 2006 While installing PHP 5.1.2 I was asked to choose the functions to enable cmd passthru popen proc_open shell_exec system Which of them do I need to enable to maximize osC and minimize security volnrability? My version of osC with installed contributions seem to not hold any references to any of these functions. I ran a soursecode based search and didnt find any of these functions.
