willgriffis Posted July 31, 2006 Posted July 31, 2006 I'm new to this and my knowledge of the ecommerce solutions is very elementry. I am managing a church web site that has a ecommerce online store. To allow online donations we have added a product titled "onetime gift" allowing users to add the desired amount of product to equal the total amount they would like to donate to our ministry. This is relatively simple for the internet savvy person and I thought it would work, but I've had 248 people to view this and no one has used it. I've also have had some feed back telling me that it's too confusing. So my question is, Is there another way to add this option to our store, making it more user friendly?
