rizzir Posted July 31, 2006 Posted July 31, 2006 Hi, I recently installed OScommerce on Windows Server, Noticed that send mail is not supported on Windows server. i Can someone please recommend or advice which hosting OS is best for OSCommerce, Windows or Linux/Unix based server What are advantages of disadvantages or limitataions for hosting on Windows or linux based servers? thanks in advance

Since the majority of users are on Linux, or so it seems, finding an answer to your problem won't always be easy if you go with the Windows server.
