Problem with website after editing >includes>languages>english>index.php

Hi,

 

Just earlier i edited my catalog>includes>languages>english>index.php page to change the appearance of the home page. After saving it I went to have a look at it my normal catalog home page appeared blank. I went and undid the edit and it was still blank. I have tried everything, even uploading the original index.php file and I still get a blank page.

 

The shop url is which normally brings up the index page, now it is just blank.

 

I have searched for this problem but couldnt find anything. I am struggling to work it out because I havent changed anything else in the setup.

 

Any help would be great.

Any help would be great.

Check your catalog>index.php page and see if you inadvertently overwrote it. If all you changed was the langauge file, you should still see the header, footer and left & right columns.
