Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: /././blahblahblah/catalog/includes/configure.php. This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file.

If anyone should ever need this information, I just stumbled on it, ftp the file your looking for, right click on your mouse, choose properties, and then make sure that "write" is not check marked.

change the permissions of your catalog\includes\configure.php and catalog\admin\includes\configure.php to 400 from your host's cpanel.
