hello

can somebody help me i looked on this forum and din'd find some info about it

greetings

In your admin->configuration box-> sessions -> change /tmp to tmp

However if you are on a shared server you should use the database to store your sessions by changing sessions to mysql in your two configure.php files.

The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing.

Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems?

There are many very useful osC Contributions

Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here

BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right??

The /tmp to tmp change worked. However, when I try to change the configuration files to mysql the pages stop loading on the admin and storefront. Any idea why?
