Freezing when I go to /admin page

Whenever I try to log onto my admin page at www.domain.com/admin my browser freezes. I have done some searching and can't seem to find a solution.

 

I contacted my host and they said there were no issues and they could get in, but regardless of browser I can't do it. If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate whatever directions you can come up with.

you should check your admin\includes\configure.php if the settings match your server.
