sfgiants2001 Posted July 28, 2006 Share Posted July 28, 2006 Sorry if this is a dumb question, but i have been searching the forums for several days and have contacted my webhosting company and template-help people but have had no luck in fixing my problem. I am new to osCommerce and php, but we bought an osCommerce template for our jewelry company. The site is 99% done but we are having one final problem. Basically when a customer chooses a ring size and clicks add to cart, they should be able to see the size they chose and when they confirm the order all of the emails/invoices should have that specified size. This works perfectly in Firefox, but for some reason the chosen size doesn't appear anywhere in the shopping cart view/emails/invoices we recieve when we use Internet Explorer. Our webhosting company said that it might be an issue with browser dependent scripts but they couldn't help us any further. Is this a simple fix, if anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated.
