Sales are going very well, but we are still finding errors that we have created, like hard coded session id's into links and other avoidable things. The vertical scroll on your main page is very irritating in my opinion. I personally feel that your main page is way to busy. To try to alleviate this problem I suggest getting rid of the news and events infobox on the right and moving the infobox to the left. I then suggest that you create links that summarize your news and events and create a page for an expanded description. That will also minimize the vertical scroll and make your homepage less busy. The old site still made the phones ring, but a large increase of folks that want to give us online $$$'s. We are big fans of osc now. I think once we understand more of what it can do, sales will continue to increase. One side note, I can not send html e-mails to our customers through the site. I have the option turned on. It took me 5 minutes to find out what your site was actually specializing in until I found the text under the header logo. At first I saw the Light products and thought you were an LED light shop or electronic gizmos. May add some more site related info right in the header logo. I think this will increase sales for customers that simply stumble into your site for some reason other than the direct keyword search. Other than that nic job! This way we can control what people see at www.chirco.com and www.chircoestore.com and linked every thing to the osc site at www.chircoestore.com/catalog/index.php. Thanks for the advice.
