Order information missing on Order Confirmation screen

The final screen in the checkout process used to show the subtotal, shipping, tax and discount code information. They have unexplicably dissapeared (see screenshot below):

 

 

Any idea on why this would suddenly dissapear? Please advise. Thanks!

I haven't made any changes to the store settings or updated any files associated with the store. It had been performing just fine, processing 20 orders or so and then suddenly not. Orders are still being submitted successfully (processed through gateway and ending up in database for admin view) however it now is a leap of faith without the order detail information.
