Origin Postal Code is illegal error

On the way to checkout i get this message in the shipping section

 

Canada Post Canada Post

Origin Postal Code is illegal.

If you prefer to use canadapost as your shipping method, please contact the store owner.

 

I've set up the sell online account and my postal codes and everything have been put into the canada post sell online section as long as the back end of osCommerce. So what should i be looking to do to have this problem fixed? or if anyone knows the solution please let me know too

problem solved it was something in the xml. all that was needed was adding a contribution that was avaliable
