jhande
I tried searching for this and couldn't fined anything, sorry if I missed it somewhere. I was wondering if it is possible to use my distributors ready-made database for uploading? The reason I ask, is because there are hundreds... no thousands of items. Even if I had to open it in Microsoft Access to edit the table. The database is searchable as it is through a program that my distributor supplies. Using the table sure would make life easier than entering each item individually through osC. - :: Jim :: - - My Toolbox ~ Adobe Web Bundle, XAMPP & WinMerge | Install ~ osC v2.3.3.4 -

What info does the vendors database need in order to work with OSC? I'm sure it follows the basic principals of a MySQL table, but what is needed for OSC to query it? - :: Jim :: - - My Toolbox ~ Adobe Web Bundle, XAMPP & WinMerge | Install ~ osC v2.3.3.4 -
jhande
I just checked in my cPanel and found that I can replace sql databases. So if I make a database and format it through OSC, open it with Access, set the same attributes to my wholesalers database and rename/replace the database on my server... will it work with OSC? - :: Jim :: - - My Toolbox ~ Adobe Web Bundle, XAMPP & WinMerge | Install ~ osC v2.3.3.4 -
