ttheimer Posted July 27, 2006 Share Posted July 27, 2006 I am testing a new installation and received the following error when I confirm an order: (10728) There\'s an error with this transaction. Please enter a city in the shipping address. The product is configured as a download so the shipping address in not requested. I'm guessing that the problem is somewhere in the configuration but have not found it yet. I have configured the product as "download" but have not identified a download file because the product being sold is a subscription to an video streaming service. I should also mention that the payment module is PayPal Website Pro in case that could be the source. Could the "missing" download file cause this? Any other ideas? Thanks.
