How to change color scheme of website

I need a way to either make the box edges either disapear or have them as a different color... preferably white so it isnt noticable. Also i would like to change the top bar with the "my account | cart contents | checkout" and the lower bar with the date, time and views. Is there any file to edit to change these colors? I am skilling in PHP and Photoshop and HTML but i just cant seem to find any .gif or any file that assigned those colors. helpppp :'(

You will need to edit your images to make them a different color and edit the style sheet to change colors. If you don't know how to do this look at some of the contribs under Community link above.
