Admin problem

I'll get a language problem in the admin section.

I have in the language map the folder dutch with the files on it and a file called dutch.php.

 

Does somone know why i'll get this problem??

 

I'll get this problem when i changed from PHP4 with MySQL 4 to PHP5 with MySQL 5.

 

I cant also follow the install proceed anymore because it stays on step 1 when i puse the continue button.
