avdv Posted July 26, 2006 Share Posted July 26, 2006 Regarding character encoding in mail fields "subject" and "from" when sending from pages "tell a friend", "contact us" etc. The problem is that using different character encoding other than default these fields in mail, which are mentioned above, are not properly encoded. Special characters are not readable. It mainly applies to Russian and Baltic's languages. Message body is ok. As I understand body is ok due to fact that it uses character encoding which is in language.php file. Question: 1) how to tell fields "subject" and "from" that they must also use character encoding which is specified in language.php file? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
