osCAffiliate Tier System

Hello,

 

I'm using osCAffiliate v2.02. Is this version support the Tier commision management?

Can anyone explain to me how it works. By default the setting is

 

Use Affiliate-tier -- true

Use Affiliate-tier -- 3

Percentage Rate for the Tierlevels -- 8.00;5.00;1.00

 

I don't sense it. Can anyone explain to me.
