t0ddie Posted July 26, 2006 Share Posted July 26, 2006 i have needed this forever but nobody will make the mod. however, this is a fix that is similar to what i need http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/index.php?s=&...ost&p=85420 maybe someone could help me with the same help? there is a main category i already have named "ASIA" it has 4 seperate sub categories, and each sub category has even more sub categories. and all in all, thousands of products. i would like some mysql code that will copy that main category and EVERYTHING in it. basically, i need it 4 times. the categories i can rename later, but they will be ASIA EUROPE EAST USA WEST USA each category has the EXACT SAME PRODUCTS... but the prices are different... thats why i need to copy them into 4 different categories. i can edit the prices myself... but i dont want to create the same items over and over. can someone write me some code that can do this? i have not been able to work on my store for a long time (olmost a year now) because of this one issue alone Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
