Guest Posted October 12, 2006 Share Posted October 12, 2006 i've been having a similar problem. but it ONLY occurs when the customer is too lazy to select their state, and assume our software will calculate their location based upon their zip code ( :rolleyes: ) is there a simple fix to basically tell them "pick a state / province before completeing your purchase", instead of automatically selecting alabama?
