Guest Posted July 25, 2006 Share Posted July 25, 2006 In several forays into the knowledgebase, I have only found one reference to PHP 5.x. I have tried to install OSC using the Plesk 8 control panel on our virtual server and it tells me that it requires PHP 4.xxx. A call to the Plesk people resulted in their telling me that it is not compatible with 5.x. I cannot go back to the 4.x PHP because the control panel requires the newer version. My question then is: If I do an OSC install by bypassing the server control panel (something that can be done) will the program then run correctly? Any input would be sincerely appreciated.
