Local and Online Inventory Problem

We have a local inventory that we also sell online as many people do on the internet.

 

We use peachtree for our local inventory control which I can have export ever xx minutes to a remote ftp server as a CSV which would include just the inactive model numbers.

 

What I would like to do is to have a page or something that would compare the mysql to the csv then make the online inventory inactive.

 

For the most part if someone could just guide me in the way of a tutorial or what php / mysql commands

 

I have looked around on the net and in the osc forums and haven't found any thing that works.
