The tax gets wrong

Hi,

 

I'm trying to add a tax at 25%. Ok, i do that through the admin tools and all is fine, But when i'm then looking at it after, the tax that is displayed isnt 25 anymore but something lik 20%.

 

So to get the tax to 25% i need to but it on 31,150%.... or something close to that. The thing then on the invoice it says that the tax is 31% wich isn't that good.

 

SO my question is, have anyone experienced this problem, that the tax alters from its orgin to about 5% less than it's supposed to? :blink:

PLEASE help, new to this program, but I hardly think it's my mistace must be somekind of bug.
