Jack I'll have the customer's email address. He will enter his address and phone number at paypal. Having to fill out a form with their address and name is redundant. Jack_mcs Posted July 26, 2006 Share Posted July 26, 2006 The email you get from paypal doesn't include the address (but maybe there is a paypal option to include that). You will be spreading your data around which makes it more difficult to find. I think it is a bad idea but that doesn't matter. In answer to your question, you couldn't do what you want to do without a major rewrite. There are sections of code throughout the shop that refers to the customers name and address. Just simple things like the order email would have to be changed or deleted. If you are familiar with working with php it would probably take you a good 5-10 hours of work (and I think that is conservative). If you try it, be sure to test it thoroughly since changes of this type is just asking for trouble.
