Paypal Module not showing

Hi all,

 

I'm having a problem with the paypal module and I'm wondering if anyone could help me.

 

I have the default OsC paypal module, and is not showing in my checkout page.

 

I have uninstalled and re-installed and no luck!

 

Any suggestions please? Many thanks in advance.

 

PS-Where can I download this module from?
