Easy Populate 3.0 problem

I installed easypopulate 3.0 and works fine except for this:

 

when i try to import and Excel file (txt with tabs) says:

No products_model field in record. This line was not imported

 

But the 1? one works fine.. appears in the store

 

I cant understand why happen this.

 

Im using this file as example: File for import

i tried that one but ... same problem:

 

"No products_model field in record. This line was not imported "

 

Maybe im doing the excel file wrong but its impossible, coz i "Create Complete tab-delimited .txt file in temp dir" i copy that file in my pc, edited with Excel and save as txt (with spaces tabs)

 

And still dosent working..

I was doing some test and i have a beter idea of my problem.

isn't the problem...

 

The main problem is that i cant import more than 1 article. Coz when i import the excel file the 1? article updates ok, shows in the catalog and bla bla. But the 2nd one and the rest doesnt appears in nowhere sql, catalog, as inactive , as nothing.. doesnt exist .

 

Somebody can upload and txt with some articles? so i can upload it to test and know if easypopulate problem or mine whn i make the excel file.

I don't understand why developers of OScommerce don't build-in contributions like this one into the core of oscommerce.

 

It is very obvious that this kind of contributions is one of a type "must have", but unfortunatelly it is left to communuty to develop them. So many people withouth real knowledge of coding are playing with it, and thus make others frustrated.

 

There is so many users who can't install this (or similiar) contributions.

 

What's is the purpose of excellent e-shop withouth basic functionalities, like import in store from other databases / files ????

i agree. Its a shame coz i have 1200 articles and no way to upload. Not thw whole list but the most of this articles had an pric update ones a week

Hi, I'm having the same problem - I can only upload one record (tried using sample files and downloaded files).

 

Anyone have a fix yet?
