Removing the catagory images

i do have a question when you go to my site, well the catalog that is and click on bathtime delights i did add some buttons for the name of each subcatagory but i really dont want buttons on the site how do i go in the catalog and make it where they dont show even if i dont place an image their a box with a red x shows thank you

You have to go to every page in the catalog directory that is not in another folder and remove the lines that read:

<td><?php echo tep_image(DIR_WS_IMAGES . 'table_background_man_on_board.gif', HEADING_TITLE); ?></td>

 

Each will have a different image but delete the whole line from <td> to </td>

BACK UP first!
