create backup file

this is probaly as stupid question but when i am in admin i get a mesage somewhere that i did not instal a back up and i must set up a back file how to do this

 

because i want to instal 2checkout payment module and it say i must make back up

 

also please tell me how to make back up

go the the admin directory and create a subdirectory 'backups', chmod this so its writeable. Make sure you specify this directory in the config file:

 

  define('DIR_FS_BACKUP', DIR_FS_ADMIN . 'backups/');
