Help! "Unable to determine the page link"

I think the 2 probs I have stem from the same code.

 

In the catalog (which displays) any of the boxes (except Reviews for some reason) display "Unable to determine the page link!"

 

In the Admin, the page displays and links to all pages behind it, however, when items are selected within the new pages, the page does link or pass any variable it seems...alos, the navigation bar in the admin displays this rather than the usual list of functions related to the main section of the page:
