Unable to determine page link at cart page (not sef)

Search safe URLS is set to false. If I click on checkout, I can checkout fine, but when viewing my cart, it gives that error at the bottom of the page instead of "continue to checkout" button. Any help? Powweb just migrated srevers and EVERYTHING is screwed up.

when not logged in, I do not get an error. If you want us to log in please provide a test user data. Filling in the form is no fun.

 

BTW, google ads on any SSL page will give you a security alert. People will definitely not feel safe shopping from you.
