Geez... which version / file of PayPal_Shopping_Cart_IPN should I be downloading?

Greetings All !

 

I'd like to download and install the PayPal_Shopping_Cart_IPN contribution (http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,1753).

 

But frankly, I can't figure out which freaking file to download! I need one that's the full package, not some patch, and not some strange off-shoot.

 

I HAVE installed the Purchase without Account contribution, as it seemed that several of the updates to the PayPal_Shopping_Cart_IPN mentioned special instructions if you wanted it to work with Purchase without Account.

 

At this point, I'm guessing I need to install the one under "file/folder mistaken", which appears to be a full package... and then apply what's described two links above it in "Not an update" ?????

As I recall, I THINK one or more of the contributions I want to install works off of the other one.... though I'll admit to complete confusion as to the differences between the two, which is more widely-used, etc.

I don't know of any contribution that requires one or the other, but I could be wrong. They both work fine. The oscommerce one takes about five minutes to install while the other will take much, much longer, depending upon your experience level. So I suggest you try the oscommerce one and if it doesn't work, remove it and try the other.
