Request for a Custom Module

Hi,

I need a payment module made to allow people who have received gift certificates to 'cash in' their certificate.

 

All I want is a payment module that asks the customer for a say, 8 digit code (four letters, 4 numbers) - actually checking the code is a valid one can be done manually so I don't need anything fancy at all.

 

Giving the customer a code will be done manually so I don't need that side of things covered either. It's basically like them giving me their cc details except it's a code provided by us after a sale.

 

I also just need to be able to set it to go straight to pending or something like other payment modules do.

I couldn't see how to edit my post so can I just add - I also need to have the buyer enter the recipients email address so the gift certificate can be sent to them.
