redirected index.php to specials and now manufacturers drop down not working....

Hi,

i've redirected the index page to go to a new page which displays the 'specials' (it is basically the specials page) but now when i try to click on the manufacturers box in the left column the links don't go anywhere...do i need to transfer some code from the index page?

Here's the code for the specials page which has now been copied and renamed homepage.php and opens from a redirect on index.php
