file attachment for email form (upload file)

I am building a shop that makes customised badges. I need a way for my customers to upload and attach an image file to an email form. Then I could link the form to the order comfirmation email.

I've seen lots of different PHP scripts on the net but I'm new to PHP and have only dabbled in Javascript and HTML.. could anyone help please.

 

Or even better if I could have a page that a customer could upload a picture to that it would be displayed and could be moved?
