osCommerce Easy Populate

I downloaded and installed the 290b_1 osCommerce easy populate, after numerous hours of work I finally got it to work somewhat! I had to use another contribution to block some of the fields that were in the easypopulate.php file. It will now at least generate a export csv file -- HOWEVER the file will not open correctly in a excel or open office spreadsheet. It's just one jumbled mess. Can some one post a working csv file with a few products so I'll have an idea of what it suppose to look like.

 

Second - can the image paths be set (like in a froogle feed) so that the images in the csv file can come from another URL alltogether?

Could never get the 2.9 version of easy popupate to work..

Installed the 2.7 version and when trying to upload products I get this:
