How do this: $10 1-3 items; $3 each additional items

How would I do this:

1-3 items : $10.00

4 items : $13.00

5 items : $16.00

6 items : $19.00

7 items : $22.00

etc...

 

so it is $10 for first 3 items plus an additional $3 for each additional item.

Set all the products to a weight or '1' and use the standard Table Rate shipping module.
