Admin password change?

Hi, I'd like to change the admin password but can't figure out where and how. I have tried a search but found nothing exactly specific to what I want to do.

 

Can I do it through config or do I need to go into the depths of SQL?

you should use your host's cpanel to password-protect the admin directory. They should have detailed instructions on how-to. If not just ask them.
