2013 - Lost connection to MySQL server during query on checkout_success.php page

I don't know why, but all of a sudden every time I try to make an order, I get the following error message on checkout_success.php.

 

2013 - Lost connection to MySQL server during query

select products_id from customers_basket where customers_id = '3'

[TEP STOP]

 

Does anyone know why this is happening??

 

The order still goes through but the customer never sees the checkout success page, only that error!!!

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It's a server problem. You need to ask your host about it.
