create an account & checkout not working

Hi, all advanced osc users

 

 

i am a beginner of using this oscommerce. i just installed the software on my server.everything works fine .

 

but when i clicked the "my account" and "Check out" on the top nagivator. create an account and

account.php and checkout_shipping.php can't be shown up. it gives an " internet explorer cannot display the page " error

 

What kind of things cause this problem?

Do i miss out some installation step or need to install other shipping module?

 

our company haven't applied SSL yet (will apply soon)and haven't applied ssl during the installation.

is it the problem leading to this error?

 

if our company just want to use paypal or check/money order function for the payment. is it necessary to use ssl in osc?

have you checked to see if the pages where actually uploaded ? try going direct to the missing pages via the address bar

Without a url it is hard to be positive but the most likely cause of your problem is that you have set ssl to true in your configure.php files but do not have a ssl cert installed. Check your files and set ssl to false.

this is my site.i have put a template .as u guys have said i have checked the files once again and even though it is correct it is not working .i have also made SSL disabled in /admin/includes/configure.php and /includes/configure.php . please ave a look at it and give me your valuable suggestions.

 

any one please help me to make my mstore.thanks in advance.
