I think you should make a feature of the landing page instead of linking from it. What I mean is, let users read about you, see your model search etc when they hit your domain. Why do you use a redirect to startPage.html instead of just using index.html? I couldn't understand that.

The store is pretty much stock so not much to comment on there. You don't really need that big image linking to the same page. I would lose the catagory count, it looks like you don't have many products. I would also lose the xxxx requests since Saturday 27 May, 2006, it shows how new you are and that not many have visited you.

I think you have a good product line, by reading the company info so, like I said previously, make a feature of that to draw your customers in. You don't want them to bypass that information.

I agree - definately no need for the startpage.html - waste of time and the blue hover doesn't look that great for the "buttons".

Good footer linkage.

Header isn't bad.

Not sure why your site juts out to the right.

The picture in the main area isn't bad, why not put text over it (make it a fixed background where text moves along it).

Good pictures. They take just a tad too long to load (am on dialup). May want to check file sizes.

Good product info.

I know you have a sizing chart, but in the drop down attributes for sizes do something like Small (4-6) Medium (8-10) etc. Some may not have noticed the sizing chart link and would like to know how small is small. You know?

This is a personal thing. Perhaps food for thought. But why have google adsense within a product page? You don't want your customers to veer away from your products cause they see an ad link in the google adsense display that catches their eye.

Change out the stock buttons for a design that ocmpliments your site.

And don't forget to put full contact details on your contact page (address, phone number, alternate emails).

Great job thus far. Can't wait to see the finish product!

Thank you very much Peter and Barbara - you both have some great advice. I will work on your suggestions over the next week or two.

The adsense thing was just an experiment - you're right I really should get it off there - don't want to lose any customers if I can avoid it!
