Catalog Box and all other boxes inside dissapear??

I don't know what happened but suddently all the boxes which include adding a new category and adding new products in the catalog box disappeared??? The only thing that shows is the Categories/Product title on the top left and the search on the top right???

 

This happened suddently. I was not installing any contributions or anything like that. I was normally adding new products and categories. Then it disappeared and I can't get it back???

 

What should I do? Help please :(

I cannot understand why the box disappeared?

 

Also when I go to my site, the catalog page is blank..... it only has the header and top footer?

 

What is going on?
