Main Header color to picture

I know there has to be some easy way, but i can't come up with it... :'(

I'm in the process of personalizing my os commerce website... and, so far, i think i found most of it...

I exchanged the little os commerce banner with our logo and found where i change the header background color from white to black.

 

 

NOW... How do i add a header .jpg or .gif in the center of the head???
