where to put script

just wanted to know wherei would put a script of html on my pages in os com, adwords provide a script for tracking the pages etc but im not sure if i can just put them straight into php pages e.g checkout_sucess.php and where abouts i would copy this in php and if i can set it up so that it tracks many pages

If you're talking about the Google Analytics script, put it in catalog/includes/footer.php, at the very bottom of the file. Works great.
